Return Period

We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of delivery. Regrettably, any requests made after this 30-day window cannot be accepted.

Is My Item Eligible for a Return?

To receive a full refund, returned items must be in the same condition you received them:

  • Pristine & Unused: Items must be complete, in original packaging, and include all hardware.
  • THE NO-INSTALLATION RULE (Strictly Enforced): Any item that has been installed, or shows signs of attempted installation, is strictly ineligible for a return. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Bolt marks, scratching, or mounting hole wear.
    • Grease, oil, or dirt.
    • Physical modifications.
  • Proof of Purchase: Your Order Number and clear photos of the item's condition are required.

Professional Installation Recommended

We strongly recommend that all automotive parts be installed by qualified professionals or licensed mechanics. Damages, misalignment, or secondary issues resulting from proper DIY installation are not defects and are not covered under warranty.

How to Start a Return

DO NOT Return to Sender: Please do not mail your package back to the return address on the shipping box. This is often a logistics hub, not our authorized return warehouse. We cannot trace packages sent there, and your refund will be forfeited or severely delayed.

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, a clear photo of the item and its packaging, and the reason for your return.
  3. Wait for Authorization: Once approved, our team will send you an official Prepaid Return Label or the exact address of our designated return warehouse.

Damage or Shipping Issues

  • Check the Box Now: When your order arrives, especially a large item, check the outer box. If you see obvious damage, take photos immediately and ask the carrier to mark the package as "Damaged upon delivery" before you sign.
  • 7-Day Reporting Rule: Any structural defect, shipping damage, or missing item must be reported within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we cannot file a claim with the carrier, and we will be unable to offer a replacement or refund.

When Will I Get My Refund?

  • Inspection: Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to inspect the item and notify you of the outcome.
  • Refund: For approved returns, the money is automatically refunded back to your original payment method.
  • Arrival: Depending on your bank, it typically takes 3–10 business days for the funds to reappear in your account.
