🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We work hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Please review our timeframes below:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Daily Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 11:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the next business day.

  • Total Delivery Time: Expect your package within 4–9 business days (Processing + Transit).

  • Holiday Notice: Shipments may be delayed during U.S. Federal Holidays.

📍 Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for the Contiguous United States (Lower 48 states) only.

  • We Do NOT Ship To: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or P.O. Boxes.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned or fails to deliver due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees.

📦 Carriers & Tracking

  • Trusted Partners: We ship via FedEx, UPS (for oversized items), and USPS (for smaller items).

  • Tracking Info: As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

  • Privacy: Your contact details (name, address, phone) are only shared with carriers to ensure successful delivery.

🚨 Damaged & Missing Packages (Important)

1. If Your Package Arrives Damaged

Please inspect the box before opening. If it looks crushed or damaged, take photos immediately and ask the driver to note the damage on their receipt.

If the product inside is damaged, email us within 3 business days of delivery with:

  1. Clear photos of the damaged product.

  2. Photos of the outer box and shipping label.

  3. Your Order Number.

⚠️ Note: If you report shipping damage after 3 business days, the carrier will deny the claim, and we will be unable to offer a free replacement.

2. If Your Package is Lost

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find it, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open a formal investigation with the carrier to help locate it.

❌ Changes, Cancellations & Refusals

  • 6-Hour Window: You can cancel or change your order within 6 hours of placing it. Once it enters the fulfillment process or leaves our warehouse, it cannot be intercepted.

  • Refused Shipments: If you refuse a delivery without our prior approval, the cost of round-trip shipping and a handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

⚖️ Installation & Disclaimers

  • Professional Installation Required: All automotive parts should be installed by certified professionals. Any items that have been installed, modified, or altered will forfeit all eligibility for returns or exchanges.

  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

  • Customs & Duties: For any international or imported items, buyers are solely responsible for local import taxes and customs duties.
